Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit a loan request, this includes your name, address, date of birth, contact details, Social Security number, employment and income information, the amount and purpose of the loan, and bank account details for deposit and repayment.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar technical data collected through server logs and cookies.
Information from third parties. Lending partners and service providers may return information about the status of your Kapitus funding request. Consumer reporting agencies may be accessed by partners in connection with their evaluation.
How We Use It
- To transmit your Kapitus funding request to participating lending partners for evaluation
- To verify identity and prevent fraud
- To respond to your enquiries
- To operate, maintain and improve this website
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
- To communicate with you about your Kapitus funding request
Who Receives It
Lending partners. This is the purpose of submitting a request. Partners receiving your information use it under their own privacy policies, which govern what they do with it.
Service providers. Hosting, analytics, fraud prevention and communication providers acting on our instructions.
Legal requirements. Where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your information to parties unrelated to the purpose of processing your Kapitus Funding funding request.

Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes described and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and it will be deleted.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected] or write to 4509 Everly Crossing Blvd, Suite 449, Maple Grove, MN 55369.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for a small number of purposes: keeping the site functioning correctly, remembering preferences, understanding aggregate usage so pages can be improved, and detecting fraudulent or automated activity.
Most browsers allow cookies to be blocked or deleted through settings. Blocking them may prevent parts of the site from working as intended. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are read and where people leave, not to build individual profiles for advertising.
Communications You May Receive
When you submit a request, participating lending partners may contact you by telephone, text message or email to deliver offers and complete their process. This may include automated dialling or pre-recorded messages where you have consented. Consent to such contact is not a condition of obtaining credit, and you may withdraw it by telling the partner directly.
To stop marketing communications from us, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or write to [email protected]. Communications relating to a request already in progress may continue while it is open.
State Privacy Rights
Residents of several states have statutory rights regarding personal information, which may include the right to know what is collected and disclosed, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of certain sharing, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To exercise any of them, email [email protected] with the Kapitus funding request and the state you reside in. We will need to verify your identity before acting, which protects you against someone else making a request in your name. An authorised agent may act on your behalf with appropriate proof of authorisation.
How Long Information Is Kept
| Category | Retention approach |
|---|---|
| Loan request details | Kept for the period required to operate the service and meet legal obligations |
| Correspondence | Kept while relevant to an open matter, then archived or deleted |
| Technical and analytics data | Retained in aggregate or de-identified form |
| Records required by law | Kept for the statutory period applicable |
Once information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, it is deleted or de-identified.
The Minimum That Makes This Work
A loan request cannot be evaluated without the details that make evaluation possible, so Kapitus Fundings collects them and passes them on. That is the entire purpose, and the transfer to partners is not a side effect of submitting — it is what submitting means.
What Kapitus Funding does not do is collect more than the process needs, or gate its guidance behind data capture. The calculator asks for nothing, the articles ask for nothing, and browsing this site requires no personal information at all.
Where a request has been submitted and you later change your mind, the contact address above reaches someone who can act on it.
